no sound with headphones -speakers with the AXE I/O

hello
i have the Axe I/o for months
many times I had no sound at all so I had to turn it off
but 99% it worked
now I have no sound too many times

what can I do ?
for example i had sound with Twitter, YouTube and some minutes after that : no sound at all :roll: :roll:

I would recommend opening a ticket with IK Support so they can look specifically at your system and setup and figure out what is going on.
