IRIG keys I/O Ableton DAW control?

IRig Keys I/O transport buttons aren't working with Ableton Live or Garageband for that matter either. Working as a controller for instruments just not as a transport for DAW have set it up properly and there doesn't seem to be a driver download to make this happen. Don't see ANY videos on Youtube about this issue. Have the manual but no info on Ableton integration. Any help would be great

You are right, there are no tutorials on youtube nor anything about ableton in the manual. All I found in the manual is that the preset for ableton are stored in F5 preset. The play/record buttons work. The data knob when turned only switches between different lanes but I have not figured out how to move the playhead.
