iRig Keys 2 Mini not appearing in User Area

I registered iRig Keys 2 Mini on 7-10-2020, but it is still not appearing under https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/. I opened a support ticket, but the response I received did not resolve the issue. They just referred me back to User Area -> My Products. :?: :?:

You should Reply to Support saying that that did not resolve the problem, referencing your Order details too (if bought directly from IK Multimedia) and quoting your Serial Number (but, of course, do not post that here).

Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.
