I have bought IRIG Keys 2 PRO a few days back, I'm using with iPhone 7 and Garageband. The headphone sound is very very low even after turning the iPhone 7, garage band and IRIG Keys 2 Pro volume knob to highest. Could you please suggest if this is normal? if not then how can the headphone sound be improved? Also, my recording sound in Garageband is very low.
I have raised a support ticket on 30May20 - #8487486 but no reply so far. If I do not get any reply in the next few days I plan to return.
