Getting Amplitube to come out of AXEI/0 Amp Out

Forgive me folks. I'm in the learning curve phase here. Got the AXEI/0 and Amplitube rolling on my computer. AXEI/0 and Amplitube is working together as I am using the headphone out on the AXEI/0. But when I use the Amp Output on the AXEI/0, I only get the signal from the AXEI/0 and none of the Amplitube presets. How do I correct this? Thanks.

Amp Out is meant to be a direct/dry signal to send to an amplifier. Any effected sound will be routed/routable through the other outputs.
