I see that the newly announced iRig Pro Duo I/O has a dedicated Windows driver (I assume ASIO). Will this driver be compatible with the iRig Pro I/O?

Not at this time. The brand new driver is for iRig Pro Duo I/O. Please stay tuned for updates on this topic, though.
