I bought an IRig Stomp IO off another guitarist, figured everything would be fine as I did my research and checked he could transfer the licenses.
All seemed fine I paid him the money and he transferred the iRIG Stomp IO license across but none of the software has come across. Support were pretty quick to transfer the license but I've been trying to contact support to find out why the bundled software licenses haven't come across, they don't respond to the ticket or emails I send.
Really don't want to have to ask the guy to give me my money back and not sure if we will have to pay a second time to transfer the IO license back to his name. Unit does exactly what I want but without the bundled software it's no use to me.
First experience of IKMultimedia support and not good, thought I'd try posting here before in case anyone from support monitors.
