Hello,
I have a question regarding powering irig keys I/O through the Mini din to USB-C cable from an iPad Pro.
Does this supply sufficient power for the audio interface and phantom mic power? Does it also work with AmpliTube?

You would need to use batteries or power supply when using iOS devices with iRig Keys I/O in order to use phantom power.
Yes, the onboard audio interface does work with AmpliTube as well.
