Duo pro

When using the duo pro for both guitar and microphone is there a way to use the guitar effects in aplitude and the vocal effects to perform live. The effects are in separate apps so how does that work?

I'm looking at doing the exact same thing.
So trying to decide between a Stomp I/O or the duo with a blueboard.
I think it's possible with an extra app called Audiobus, it allows you to route audio from several apps to a single output on you iPhone/iPad
Only problem is switching patches on both apps guitar/vocal. I'm guessing 2 blueboards would be needed, one for guitar and one for vocalive, unless anyone can confirm 2 apps can be controlled with one board.
