Windows BSOD with iRig HD2

Postby Leejayd » Thu Jul 12, 2018 9:34 am

Hi,

I have a a dell XPS - 2 years old - recently did a clean install of Windows 10 after getting BSOD. I've updated all drivers and firmware. The only hardware attached is the iRigHD2. When using audio software to process my guitar that is attached to computer via iRigHD2 I get periodic BSOD (crashes).

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not seeing this on my Surface Pro 4 running the latest Windows 10 update. Best would be to report such issues to IK Support who will troubleshoot directly with you and assist you at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-sup ... -hardware/
