Problem registering iRig 2

Hello, I bought the iRig 2 interface secondhand and when i try to register it, te webpage tells me that it has already been registered by another user. :(
The previous owner has already deleted his multimedia IK account.

How could I register it in my name? :?:

Deleting the original account does not de-register a product. Our IK Support team can assist you with this directly at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support as the forum admins, mods, and users cannot access the information/systems with the proper information to help. Please open a ticket at that link and they'll take a look.
