I have just bought an IRIG ua and was told by IK that it would be compatible with my new tablet (samsung s6) if I download the Amplitube UA software alongside.
Firstly I had no power light on using the supplied micro usb cable but have found another adaptor that now gives me the blue power light but no sound at all playing guitar or using built in tuner in the app.
The demos play through samsung tablet speakers but no playing guitar sounds selecting any amp etc.
I have only a single USB C connection as with most modern tablets and connecting my headphones to the Irig Ua as it's meant to be there is no sound getting processed through the irig to my headphones.
Am I missing something and has anyone else bought an irig ua and have sound issues.
Any help would be appreciated
