Axe I/O problem

I purchased and registered the AXE I/O and got the promotion software. But I'm having an issue with the AXE I/O (not related to Amplitube MAX), I've submitted a support ticket last Monday and still waiting for reply. I'd like to ask in case if my unit is faulty and I need to get a replacement, do I need to re-register for the new unit? And what if the time I re-register is behind end of Oct (could be end of Nov), will the promotion software be dropped from my account?

You can Reply to your Ticket at any time asking for a progress report or further guidance.

Yes you would need to Register any new unit. I would contact Sales Support too, explaining your situation, so that they can consider your special case.

And as you are dealing with Support this thread will be locked.

Please review the Guidelines, here, especially Items 1 and 3, regarding Support response times.
