iRig Pro I/O does not charge

Hi guys,
as I was fed up inserting batteries all the time I decided to get the Psu3 charger add on for the iRig Pro I/O. Then plugged the iPad Air 2 onto the iRig and before connected it to working power outlet. No sign of charging on the iPad. Connected the external mic and opened garage band and could see the battery run down.However, I can literally feel on the metal microphone jack connected tot the iRig that power is running through.

Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome!

As long as you have the official iRig PSU 3A unit you should not have this issue. Please contact IK Support and they will be able to troubleshoot and rectify the issue you are having. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

Hi Peter and thanks for the hint. I hoped that somebody wpuld have any other sort of magic... :idea:

But well in this case I will contact the support tomorrow
