Hey, I've bought a iRig HD2 and when I wanted to register it on IK Multimedia's website, the site told me that, my serial number can't be registered. Who can tell me how to solve that problem?

If you cannot register your iRig HD 2 at ikregister.com please open a ticket with IK Support who can definitely assist you directly with this issue. Thank you.
