can't get amplitube free to work?

Can anybody tell me what my problem may be with the free version of amplitube. I'm getting a signal through my Yamaha MX10XU, but nothing from software.

Make sure to check that you have the correct channel selected for input in the Recorder/DAW sections. Tap the current Channel input number to select a new input.
