Stomp i/o and Iphone 7/7+

Postby Arjan West » Fri Aug 24, 2018 9:00 am

Is there any ETA when the Iphone 7/7+ bug is fixed ?
Amplitube app and Stomp i/o dont go together well on Iphone 7/7+ still.
Sound drops after about a minute some patches faster than others but all fail.
Lucky me :( i happen to have an Iphone 7+ so the Amplitube app is unusable for me.

The problem with these devices will be resolved as soon as possible.

Hey Wilemguitar,

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear of your troubles.

Currently, the issue you're referring to is on the iOS side of things. From what we have tested, the latest iOS beta for iOS 12 resolves this issue. While we are in contact with Apple pushing for a fix in the current iOS version, we suggest keeping an eye out for the next iOS update. This should resolve any issues related to the iPhone 7/7+ or new iPad Pro 9.7 (2018).

Unfortunately, no, presets cannot be transferred this way at this time.

To transfer from iOS device to iOS device use the Presets folder in the iTunes File-Sharing section of AmpliTube.
