iRig Pro on Mac

Hello!

My iRig works with my iPad and iPhone via Lightning. However when I connect to my Mac via USB it doesn't show up as a device. Are there any steps to check this out?

iRig Pro is a class-compliant interface that should need no drivers and is compatible with MacOS / OS X 10.6 or later according to https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... gpro-specs

Please open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-sup ... -hardware/ so they can troubleshoot directly with you and see what's going on.

What is your ticket number? They usually reply to tickets within one business day (M-F 10a-7p EST).
