Irig Keys Pro and pedal sustain M-Audio SP-2

Hello,

I have a strange issue, I have followed the procedure of the irig keys pro's manual, to plug first the sustain pedal to my Irig Keys Pro and then I plug in the keyboard on the iPad.

When I play on my iPad and I use my sustain pedal, nothing happened, i.o. the sound isn’t sustained, but when I release the pedal, the sound remain sustained ?

I have tried several iOS music app, the issue is the same for all.

I have updated the keyboard with the latest firware found your website.

Any idea ?

This sounds like the polarity of your pedal needs to be changed. It appears that M-Audio has a support knowledgebase article dedicated to this at http://m-audio.com/kb/article/1708
