Big Latency with IRig Keys IO 49

Hi,
Its great to have an Input for Mic and Git/Bass BUT
I noticed that the latency is different to other IOS Interfaces from IK.

Test IRig 2, IRig Pro Duo, IRig Keys IO 49
iPad Air 2
Amplitube IOS
Latency: Ultra Low

IRig 2 - about 10ms (it´s the latency of iPad)
IRig Pro Duo - about 10ms
iRig Keys IO 49 - about 20ms

This is not acceptable.
Please update the firmware!

OK Darkstar,
I created a Ticket.

But the question is if it is an error or a sad fact:

Does the Audiointerface in the irig Keys IO really have such bad latency
OR
There is a error in the firmware or hardware.

By the way - can somebody verify the latency?

I have firmware 1.0.8

iRig Keys I/O is a quality audio interface with low latency. I'm sure tech support can figure out what is causing the problem you are experiencing.
