iRig iKeys I/O not working with Ableton on Mac

Hello everyone,

So, recently I purchased an iRig iKeys I/O 25 to use with Ableton; however, Ableton seems to be receiving absolutely no midi data from the keyboard. Ableton recognizes it as a valid input and output source, but there is no indication that the software is getting data from the keyboard. Nothing lights up in the interface when I press a key, nor does the software react in any way if I try to midi map one of the encoders to a knob in Ableton.

Is there any way to fix this? There don't seem to be any drivers available for mac for the iRig, so I don't really know what to do about it. Any suggestions are welcome.

iRig Keys I/O will not require a driver as it is class-compliant (as a controller and an audio interface). There is likely a setting somewhere that needs to be changed but I am not familiar with Ableton so unfortunately I don't have any specific suggestions. If no users chime in here, I would suggest consulting the IK Support team who would do some more technical troubleshooting with you to resolve the issue.
