Just got the Tonex One pedal today. If I disable reverb, or just turn the reverb knob fully counterclockwise, the sound completely disappears. The only way I can get the sound back is to turn on & turn up the reverb. The reverb knob functions as a volume knob - it's supposed to be a reverb mix knob, but fully counterclockwise there's no sound, turning clockwise slowly brings up both volume & reverb, but when I get it to a decent volume, it is way too drenched in reverb. I went through each and every factory preset sound - same for all. I also tried both connected to the software & freestanding - same with both. This can't be right - anyone else experience this, or have any suggestions? TIA.
