high-pitched feedback when recording

I've been using an iRig Stream with my iPhone and Windows computer for a year, but I recently acquired a Mini Mac M2 chip computer. When I plugged in the iRig Stream, the computer recognized it without issue. However, when I attempted to record a DJ set using Audacity or GarageBand, I encountered a high-pitched feedback noise.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or could assist me, please?
