IRIG HDX stuck in Tuner mode.

Macbook Pro. I recently used the tuning function on my IRig HDX . When I pressed the control knob to return to headphone use the amber tuning light switched to the blue headphone indicator light under the headphone icon but the Irig HDX still only produces the tuning reference tone. None of the Tonex ,Amplitube, or Garageband presets load into the IRiG HDX, and I don't get any input or output level indicators on Amplitube/Tonex. Any suggestions?

Have you tried updating the firmware on the unit?
