Axe I/O Video problem.

I see others have this problem, but I started having it a few weeks ago. Fully undated drivers, firmware and Windows 11 fully updated. If I unplug and replug the interface things return to normal until they get weird again.

Sometimes, specific USB ports can have connectivity issues. Switching to a different port might help. Ensure that your USB selective suspend setting is disabled in the Power Options, as this can sometimes cause USB devices to disconnect randomly. Try rolling back to a previous driver version if the issue started after an update.
