My iRig Keys 2 keys are broken, what should I do?

I am from China. I bought an iRig Keys 2 keyboard last June, and a few days ago one of the keys broke. It was a natural damage.
I contacted the after-sales staff of the Chinese distributor, and he told me the following: The warranty period of this product is one year, which has exceeded the warranty period. And they don’t have spare parts and can’t help me repair it. And they don’t repair problems such as broken keys, they only repair problems related to circuit boards.
Then I sent a message to the Chinese distributor through the IK website, asking what to do. But I didn’t get a reply.
What should I do now? I just want to repair my keyboard. After all, it’s a pity to throw it away after only using it for a year.
