Re-posting this in the correct section.
I was so happy with I received the pedal in the mail yesterday. Hook everything up and plug it in and hit the foot switches and it seems to not function correctly. All the lights start flashing yellow. Also, the bank up and down isn't working. I tried factory resetting and reloading the firmware. It still does the same thing. I can change the presets with the knob. Below is a video of the issue. I've already opened a ticket but just wanted to see if anyone here had any insight or experience with this..
