iRig keys 2 and Logic Pro 11

Hello
after updating Logic (11.0.1) got serious problem with my iRig controller. At first it works good but when i switch to another project the controllers stops responding, no key, knob or buttons works anymore! Firmware is up to date.
This doesn't happen in Mainstage, GB, Ableton Live and other, just wigh Logic
