Hello,
I have the iRig Keys I/O 49, and it has stopped working, and when switched off then on, the red LED blinks only once. I have replaced the batteries with new ones, powered it with an adapter and plugged it in via USB. I have also attempted to update the firmware, but as it does not power up, the computer does not recognise a device plugged it. It is out of warranty, I'm willing to pay for the repair, are you able to help?
