Help with Irig HD X

Just picked up an Irig HDX to use with Amplitube on Mac/PC and IOS. Works great with IOS app and PC laptop. However I can’t seem to get Amplitube on my Mac to recognize the HDx. When I go to the audio/midi setup the only ouno onlineptions I get in the drop down menus is “built-in microphone”. I’ve followed IK’s instructions to make sure the proper mic permissions have been set but still no luck. Anybody else have the issue and figured out how to fix it?

For me its the problem, only no input signal on my ipad.....everywhere else i have no problems!
