iRig HD X No Audio Out from iPad

Hi,
I have a 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9" running iOS version 16.5.1

I'm using the HD X version of iRig. I can send audio to the iPad, but I cannot get audio back out of the iPad. AAAaaarrrrgggghh, this is so frustrating.

Is this a known issue?
Is there a simple app that IK can make to test the audio in and out for users?
Are there certain iPad settings that have to be tweaked?

Why is this so difficult?

Keep me honest.... iRig should "in theory" work for any app on the iPad? Like even if I'm watching YouTube, and it's plugged in, the audio should come out through the iRig, correct?

Did you download and install the ASIO drivers?

yeppp i rechecked my cable and found out the problem was due to it.
