Stomp i/o crashing iPad

Hello,

I've got a problem with my stomp i/o crashing my iPad when I plug it in. iPad is updated to latest OS, firmware on stomp i/o has been updated. I am using Bias FX2. I was wondering if someone else has experienced this and if there is a fix for it. Thanks!

The same thing for me. I have an ipad 8, both devices up to date, but when i unplug and replug stomp io, ipad crashes and restarts itself.

There looks like a connection ritual for ipad. First plug PSU, then lunch Amplitube, after that plug lightning cable.. otherwise, i doesnt work proparly ipad may goes down.

AmpliTube CS.

Nothing but trouble.
It trashes half the time.
The other half of the time the buttons do nothing!
I am out of my wits to make this work.
