Irig HD X - clean guitar sound only no amp or effects

I just got an irig HD X which works great with my iPhone using the lightening cable. I plugged and played right away with AmpliTube and other apps. My iPad Pro however, USB C, only gives me the clean guitar sound, un-amped and unaffected, in AmpliTube and every other app. It seems like there is a setting that is turned off or routing the signal in a weird way but I’ve tried everything the manual says and I still just get a clean sound.

I have the same issue. Just clean sound out of the usb c.

me too. it doesn't work with iPhone 12(iOS 17). but it works on Macbook pro intel with MacOS 13.6. Probably it seems like the processed signal in apps doesn't return to iRig HD X.

I'm experiencing the same issue. There's no FX audio coming from the amp output. The headphones work fine. Curiously, when I play music through a music app, it comes out of the amp output without FX on TONEX.

Please make sure you have set the Amp Output FX/Thru to the processed signal (second setting next to the headphones icon) using the knob. From the iRig HD X page:

AMP OUTPUT FX/THRU
When selected, the knob switches between a direct or processed signal to your amp.

Thank you, turning off the "No Feedback" option in AmpliTube / ToneX Settings did the trick.
