iRig Keys 49 I/O problems (updating and working)

I am having trouble with a laptop and my iRig Keys 49 I/O: it does not update and stops working after a while, needing a reconnection. Any help on this?.

Peter, I have already opened a ticket, but hope someone has got through this already!
