Can't install AXE I/O Driver Asks to disc reconnect

I have been using AXE I/0 for 3 yrs now or longer (When it was just out)
I decided I needed to install some other plugins and I needed a new IK DL manager. So after reinstalling the AXE I/O Driver, it NOW no longer works and keeps giving me

an error asking me to "Disconnect and reconnect" tho when I do that, the prompt won't go away. I tried keeping it unplugged but I STILL get the error.
It's been almost 24 hours and no reply yet from IK Multimedia.

If anyone can help thanks. I have tried doing a lot of rebooting, uninstalling and no avail. All was fine before the reinstallation from the Download manager.

OK i solved it.
Disconnect from the USB is not the same as Powering it down from the wall. This was not made clear, but now the hardware and software Is working again.
