Tonex Pedal Footswitch Light Colors

I hope that my question hasn't been asked before. I've seen three different light colors on the Tonex Pedal footswitches: green, amber and no color (off). What do they indicate?

Anyone have any ideas about what the different colors on the footswitches mean? I found nothing about this in the manual. I'm most interested in the amber light indicator. I think that I understand what green and off mean.

I think that I've figured it out. It has something to do with the parameters. When I enabled the noise gate for a preset, the footswitch light turned amber.

The LEDs above the switches are green when you load a preset, amber when you change anything in that without saving.
