irig stream has no sound

ive recently got an irig stream to connect to my pioneer xdj-xz and i have no audio at all im trying to run it through obs so i can stream to facebook and tictok ect

Hey there, I would definitely recommend looking into your audio routing within OBS mainly.
The stream is pretty straightforward on its own.

But if the issue persists, then the next best thing would be opening a ticket with IK Support.
