I bought new iPad 10,2" (9. gen, 2021) and it doesn´t work with my iRig Stomp I/O...previous iPad 2017 has not problem but when I connect new iPad, nothing is going on. I tried disconnect and connect iPad many times but only one thing happened - I can hear sound, but any switches and pedal don´t work. I use original cable mini DIN/lightning with charging and I have no idea what´s the problem....could anyone advise me?
I have solved this problem also with IK support (ticket #9710002) and it worked once but I didn´t use iPad a few weeks and when I tried to use it yesterday, the same problem appeared again and iPad doesn´t work...
