Hi, I left my iRig keys pro boxed and in brand new condition. When I tried to play today it doesn't power on and not responding with USB/lightning port after trying with dozens of new cables. I hardly used it and it was well looked after. Could you please help me to fix this issue? this is a gift and I really need this to work properly.
