Stomp I/O and created presets

With AmpliTube 5.1.0 when I create a preset with stomps and save the preset then apply it to a footswitch 1 it applies the preset to the footswitch but the stomps do not get applied. The stomps bank stays blank but if the stomp is on it still works just can't turn it off unless I go out of live mode and manually turn the stomp off with my mouse.
Anyone know what is going on, Am I programing it incorrectly ?

The preset creating and/or renaming is a real burden to me on Amplitube for iOS. It is very not clear how to save a new preset into a new category.
The whole way looks pretty puzzling!
