Using: iRig Pro I/O with Rode NTG2 Mic
Before I install IK's asio driver, the input is read in Windows as a Microphone input and I only have to turn the gain up on the iRig to about 4 without any sound enhancements or anything from Windows;
But after installing the ASIO driver, the iRig is listed as a Line input, and I have to turn the gain up on the iRig to 9.
This really seems to mess with the noise floor of my mic and the self noise of the iRig. I have an unnatural amount of white noise.
I have contacted support and they haven't responded to me, been a couple weeks.
Anyone have any idea for why this may be happening?
The same thing has happened on multiple computers, I've made sure there are no sound enhancements or anything.
Wondering if there's something wrong with the driver.
