Drivers??

Greetings,

I am new to IK Multimedia and just got my first product, the Axe I/O with Ampitube 5 Max Bundle. I have a question about setup. I was able to setup the software pretty easily. But I'm having an issue getting the audio interface to register. Everything I have read said that a driver is needed for the hardware/software interface. I looked in my IK multimedia account but it says "No drivers available for product." Any thoughts or guidance would be much appreciated.

Hey,
I had the same problem installing mine yesterday.
I believe the firewall was blocking a step of the installation process.
Check the settings of your firewall.
It worked for me.
