I'm considering buying an Axe i/o, and I have a question about the combo XLR/TRS input jacks on the back of the unit. The user manual makes it sound like plugging in an XLR cable makes it a mic level input, and plugging in a TRS cable makes it a line level input. Is this true?? Can you not use XLR cables to plug in line level equipment?
