I'm running macOS 10.14 Mojave and when I launch the Firmware Updater version 1.13, it says "No device found" even though my iRig Keys 2 Pro is connected and working with programs like Garage Band using Midi over USB. I need to update the firmware because I hope it will fix a bug with midi messages sometimes getting dropped during iOS interfacing. The controller as-is is too unpredictable for live performance due to that bug.
Has anyone had luck with this?
BTW I did contact support, I will add an update here if I solve the issue there.
