I own an iRig Pro I/O. It has been working well for a long time but now the 48v red phantom power light stays on even though the switch is turned off. I have tried to update the firmware, tried it both my computer and phone, with batteries and power adapter, etc. but it stays on. I have contacted IK's Support by their page twice and have not received one response. Has anyone here had a similar issue that may be able to help?
