iRig acoustic

I noticed that they now have a preamp available for iRig Acoustic, can this be purchased seperately ?

This is not a preamp for iRig Acoustic but a new interface called iRig Acoustic Stage. The microphone portion is similar to iRig Acoustic, but the two products are not interoperable nor is just the "pack" portion available separately.
