Hello guys,
First of all .. what's wrong with the support team? I sent a ticket [#7343883] a couple days ago and still waiting for the answer. Also it's impossible to speak with anybody by phone (US), some robot answers and that's it.
So I have to replicate the issue here:
The last week I bought the iRig 2 and looks like it doesn't work properly. The Input meter is not showing activity when I play a guitar but I see "Input: Headset Jack" in the AmpiTube settings, so it's connected properly. I tried on my iPad mini 2 / MacBook pro with two different guitars. I checked all AmpliTube settings (as said on a FAQ page) / iPad settings (access to the microphone etc...) but with no luck.
How can I resolve this issue?
