Recording bass into MacBookPro with iRigPro.
The Mac shows the input signal, records, and plays back through the iRigPro headphone jack ... but why can't I hear the input while playing?
Is it because there's only one signal path? ... on input the signal is put through the Mac to record (and not split to the iRigPro headphone jack) ... and on output the iRigPro headphone jack is the recipient of the signal?
Must I create my own monitor? ... or is there a way to monitor through the MacBook headphone jack. (I'm asking as I've not found a way to do that.)
