[Mod Note - moved to appropriate forum]

Hi new to the forum apologies if this question is in the wrong place , i've just purchased a iRig HD2 and can't use it on my Macbook Pro with the Amplitube 4 download it came with and wondered if it's because the firmware update doesn't recognise my current OS which is 10.15.4 .

Kind Regards Dave

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum

I've moved your question to a more appropriate forum incase someone has a quick answer for you. However, I would strongly suggest that you open a ticket with official IK support as they will have a deeper technical understanding of the current requirements of firmware for different OS. This can be done here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

They endeavour to answer requests within 2 working days but, obviously, you may need to be patient with their response time during the current world issue.
