Good morning, everyone from the IK forum!

I'm new to using the AmpliTube and TONEX plugins, so I'm still trying to understand how they work.

I've been using the CS versions of both AmpliTube and TONEX and I understood that these versions were limited and didn't have a time limit.

However, in the last few days, I noticed that even the limited features have disappeared.

In IK Manager, it shows that I have the programs installed and authorized.

I've already reinstalled the programs, and the problem still hasn't been resolved.

On the IK website, when I go to "my products," both TONEX CS and AmpliTube appear.

So, I have the feeling that both the website and IK Manager show that everything is fine, but the plugin interprets it as if my license has "expired."

I sent an email to IK last Wednesday but haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you in advance for everyone's attention!
